7 Year Aged Cheddar Cheese Ball

This cheese ball is unlike any you have had in the past. First, we use a blend of cheddar cheeses, one of which is Old Quebec's 7 year-aged cheddar, and cream cheese. We then blend in caramelized shallots, a rich stout beer, dijon mustard, Worcestershire, and spices. Then it gets formed and rolled in toasted chopped pecans. A delectable appetizer to start off any holiday gathering.
