Adams Apple Co. - Chow Chow Relish

Chow Chow is a Southern staple, a true Southern relish. This mild chow chow is made with green tomatoes, cabbage, peppers, onions, apple cider vinegar* (the secret apple ingredient) and spices, and is yummy enough to eat as a salsa. You’ll finish your jar and wonder what just happened. So many uses for chow chow, I’m not sure where to start, but our family loves it on bratwursts, in bean soup, as a topping for grilled fish, and especially pulled pork sandwiches.
